# Denotes engines built by John I Thorneycroft for Everard's.
The two engines built by Thorneycroft for the Red Funnel line's MV Balmoral which was also built by Thorneycroft, were not given NDC serial numbers.
Engine number 874 was actually the last Newbury Sirron installed in an Everard ship. MV Audacity, built at Goole in 1968.
